The nutritional reduction through cooking is minor and you can add the cooking juices back into the food, as 100% of the minerals are retained. As we use the best ingredients, once cooked you can store the food in your fridge for 4 days.

AIR FRY

Our favourite way of cooking! Cook for 7 minutes. Cool before serving and add all the juices into your storage container, and stir back into the food.

COOK IN THE OVEN

Preheat the oven to 180c (fan assisted) or Gas 4 and cook for 15 minutes. If you are cooking from frozen, cook for 35 minutes. Cool before serving and add all the juices into your storage container, and stir back into the food

FRY IN A PAN

To stop the food sticking to the pan, use water instead of oil. On slow to medium heat, cook for 3 minutes until browned. Cool before serving and add all the juices into your storage container, and stir back into the food

COOK IN A MICROWAVE

Pierce the tray and cook on 900w for 2 minutes, stir and cook for a further 2 minutes. Cool before serving and add all the juices into your storage container, and stir back into the food
