All our parcels are GPS tracked which offers extra safety for you and your four legged friend.
There are two ways to track your parcel:
1) DPD App
We recommend that every customer downloads the DPD App - track your parcel from the comfort of your phone. Remember DO NOT change the delivery day (even if you are given the option) as this will spoil your food (see our terms and conditions as we are not liable if you change the date)
If you haven't already download the app
2) From your account
Log into your account and select the speech balloon at the bottom right hand corner. Scroll down and you'll see Order Status.
Click this and you will see your order history
Click your latest order and then the DPD/Royal Mail tracking number
This will take you to the couriers website where you can track your package.
