How can I manage my subscriptions?

You can login via our website any time to manage your subscription. Use the same account and password you’ve set in the past to login.

Click “Manage Subscription”

Here you'll be able to edit your subscription needs.

We've also setup an email to be sent a few days before your subscription bills which has a secure link, directly taking you to your subscription where you can manage everything about your next deliver (even adding extra food or treats!).

Remember: the date you select will be the date it is packed so long as your order before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders received after 12pm Thursday will despatch on Monday for Tuesday delivery. For Bank Holidays and Christmas do check our website for updates.

What can I edit in my subscription?

Almost anything!

You can change your next order date, your frequency, and add or remove items.

To edit your meals, click “Edit” on your dog or cat food box.

To add treats and other goodies, you can look at the featured items or press “See all products” to view everything that’s available.

You can click any item to view more details and images.

What if I move or need to edit my credit card information?

You can do this from your subscription portal as well! You can edit your shipping address and add new card information any time.

I’m going on holiday and don’t want a delivery while I’m away. How do I sort this?

The best way to do this is log in to manage your subscription and edit your next order date to be arrive when you are home. If you’re not sure how long you’ll be gone, you can also pause your subscription and reactivate any time.

Why can’t I have less than 8 meals in my box?

The boxes have an 8 meal minimum because we require this for our frozen food delivery. You can add as many meals as you want but we need to have at least 8.
